(New build) part advice

Hey, I'm looking for a bit of advice, ive picked some parts for my new pc build and im just wondering if this motherboard is worth paying the price or wheather i should find a cheaper one?

are you going with amd or intel. intel generally will destroy amd in most games. just for your build, i will comment on certain parts

1: a fx 8120 will be a cheaper option for the same chip (although intel i5 3570k will beat it anyday)
2:a 6870 will beat a gtx 560 anyday
3:get a better brand name power supply such as a seasonic m12II 620-750w
