I would say the ASRock Z77 Extreme4 would be good for you but it may be a little more board then what you need. The ASRock H77 Pro4-M is right about what you would be looking for. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

For a video card I would be looking at the EVGA Geforce GTX 650. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

You can definitely get a better graphics card but that depends on your budget. You don't really need z77/z68 since your processor has no overclocking capabilities. The H77 board in the first post is good or any other H77 board with good reviews is fine. Some people will recommend you return the processor and get something better. Real recommendations can only be made if you tell us your budget. Also, this thread should be in Systems under the New System forum.
