Need suggestions on video for Proliant Server

I was recently given a HP Proliant DL580 G3 server and need to turn it into an editing machine mainly for Photoshop and Lightroom work. The current specs I have on it are:

4x 3Ghz Dual Core Xeon processors
12GB Ram
4x 72GB 10k RPM SCSI 320 HDD's

This system has only PCI-X for expansions so I believe my only option is a PCI or 2 PCI videos in SLI. Is there a recommendation on what video cards may work best? I know there was a PCI-E Riser card out there for this server but I cannot find it on eBay or anywhere at this time.

Also one other question I have with this, in regard to the HDD"s am I best just setting up all 4 HDD"s in raid 5 or splitting up the setup? This system will not store my photos when i'm done editing. I have another server, HP Proliant DL380 G5 with 6 HDD Bays on a RAID5 which may store these.

I appreciate any help... Especially if anyone can find that PCI-E Riser.. LoL...

re raid5: If you can easily recreate the data, then the best thing would be to set up a striped, not mirrored array = Raid 0. A 4 drive raid 0 array would really help file load times. 2nd best would be JBOD to make one big drive out of the four 72GB drives. (managing 4 separate drives would be a pain. Raid5 would cost performance and drive space to give you recover-ability you don't need.

re video, maybe this: Radeon HD 3450 512MB DDR2 PCI Video Card $85. Or you can get a cheap card from ebay or someone's basement. (I still have an ati 9000 based pci bus all-in-one tv tuner, video card somewhere in mine...)
