I think that the second build will be better cause of CPU ( G840 is so poor )

Sounds to me like your better off waiting a few months and buying then.

If your buying this for a gaming build, the 7770 is pretty weak really, you should be looking more towards a 7850 or better.

I think you could get much greater value from a build like:
i3-2120,
B75 motherboard,
550w PSU,
1600MHz 8GB RAM,
7850 GPU

rather than trying to mess about cross-firing a weak GPU, and spending money on a CPU that will simply be replaced and a motherboard thats about 2-3 times what you actually need to spend.

Post a budget, post where you'll be buying from, and see what people can recommend.

I never said CF was weak? I said a single card was weak. If you bought a single 7850 now and then CF'd THAT a few months down the line, you'd be getting EVEN MORE performance along with a good single card set up too.

Clearly you have already decided what you want to do so why even bother asking.

Personally on your *what seem's to be tight budget* - id be scrapping the SSD, buying a cheaper motherboard, getting a better PSU, and throwing a little more cash at the GPU, and getting 1600MHz RAM.
