So I just ordered a computer and I was wondering if I could run maybe BF3 on high. ( I dont expect Ultra and I'm very hesitant about High with these specs.)

So here they are:
Fractal Design Define R3 Black Pearl

Silver Power SP-SS500 500W PSU

Intel® Core i5-2500K Processor

ASUS P8Z77-V LX, Socket-1155

Kingston ValueR. DDR3 1333MHz 8GB, CL9

MSI GeForce GTX 560Ti 1GB PhysX

Sony Optiarc DVD±RW Writer, AD-5280S

Seagate Barracuda® 1TB

OCZ SSD Agility 3 Series 2.5" 120GB

That's it :p I know the PSU could have a higher W supply and on full load it is very loud, so I thought maybe the loudsurpressed shell would be good enough. I have 2 120mm fans, I'm going to order two 140mm aswell in their, but maybe the MSI twin frozr will do a good job in cooling. Other than that, I'm open for facts, ideas and tips :p
Yet my question remains the same, high on BF3? Any other games that it would do good on? I'm going to play Diablo 3 aswell :D

Okay. Thank you :D I don't plan to sli, I'm considering getting a better graphics card maybe one of the GTX 6xx series when the prices go below 3000 Norwegian kroners = 320 GBP = 495 USD. Right now in Norway they are selling at 3500 and so on. The PSU will be changed this year I believe. Thanks again :)

I guess you learn from your flaws :p It's the first computer I've ordered.

The PSU is old, roughly from 2008.

Value ram probably isn't the best option.

V-LX,LE, are very basic boards. For the same price, you could have gotten an asrock board with more features, such as SLI and Crossfire.

So if I was to change the PSU, would this hold? http://www.komplett.no/k/ki.aspx?sku=657488
And from those components you listed the PSU should be changed first, right? And should I get a new graphics card or will the GTX 560ti hold for now?

For a PSU id go with Corsair, XFX, Seasonic, PC Power and Cooling or Antec. You need to understand that the PSU is the single most important component you can put in a PC. If its garbage, which value PSUs generally are, it can cost you a lot more in the long run if it blows and takes out your PC.
