The 3570k is not much of an upgrade from the 2500k. I would go with the 2500k if possible, it will run cooler and overclock better. The 6850 is a slightly better card which you can find for the same price, but really it doesn't matter, as the 7770 will win in the end with overclocking. If you want to save $20, take a look at the NZXT Source 210, it is also a good ATX mid tower case. It doesn't look quite the same, but will still be capable of housing 2x HD 7770s in SLI.

You don't need a better OC to have good gaming fps.

I'm aware that there is not much of a step between a 3570k and 2500k i didn't say anything that argues that i simply stated that i would recommend newer tech and the 3570k is just that. And I recommended the 7770 over the 6850 because of its CrossFire scaling and its the lower power consumption. But the source is a great value case.

If you are not going to overclock then you should get H77 but stay with the 2500k $169 is great value and the are no problems with running it on a z77 board.

Nothing wrong with that but that board has more features then you'll need, i suggest the board you selected earlier: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B007R21JX6/ref=ox_sc_act_title_1?ie=UTF8&m=ATVPDKIKX0DER
