Cant get Fans to work on Case

Hello everyone im in the process of building a new computer. my fans on my motherboard work, and when i first power on my computer the powersupply fan starts, and then stops. i have 4 fans in my case and i dont think im wiring it correctly, any help is appriciated, here is my motherboard and my type of case:

Newegg says that all the case fans have an on-off switch on each fan. I did not find anything on wiring the fans from Coolermaster, sorry.
