Hope I'm not crazy for doing this, but here goes. Coolermaster 912 haf, i7-3770k, Asus sabertooth mobo z77, ocz 120 SSd , Seagate 2TB HDD, Antec CPU cooler, Ultra 750 watt 80 silver, Lite scribe DDr, Ripsaw 4x4 memory and evga 550TI GPU. Total around $1300.00. Tube of CPU sealer. I think that's it except for Windows 7. BTW, should I wait for Windows 8?

Are you mostly gaming? 16GB is a waste of money if its a gaming build. If its for editing and rendering, then its fine.

Get a new PSU. Antec, Seasonic, Corsair, Enermax, XFX.

Are there previews of win 8 you can download still? Haven't looked for a while .

If there are you'd have to reinstall from scratch later on .

Take your time . Work methodically
