Basically, I am seeking to replace my aging PC. I was originally going to get a 6870 but then then I was reminded of the 5870 which performs better. So should I take a risk by buying one of these cards.

Other Info (what I am planning to get)

Amd Phenom II X4 965BE
GIGABYTE GA-970A-DS3 AMD 970A
650w OCZ PSU

One thing you could ask yourself is: If this card turns out to be a DOA, can I afford to lose 110.00lb? Do I have the time and effort to go through ebay/PayPal to try to get my money back if this is a scam? If money is not too important too you, then go for it. I'm not saying the seller is a con artist or anything like that, I'm sure everything will be fine, but you just never know these days.
