What is the optimum amount of ram for pentium iv with windows 98

can anyone tell me what the optimum amount of RAM would be for a Pentium IV running windows 98 :D

512 mb 768mb-1gb if your lucky with the sys ini teak

wrong, the answer is 32meg, cause that stuff was expensive.

It depend on the Pentium 4, if it was the early socket 423 with RAMbus memory then you'd be looking about 512MB. However, the mPGA478 with DDR RAM just crashed Windows 98 and it wouldn't run (I cannot say if this was universal but it was certainly my experience).
