Price for used Sapphire 7950

There's an ad on CL for a used 7950 for $420.
Newegg has it listed for $470.

I've been thinking about spending $350 for a 7850. Would the step up be worth it? And is $420 a fair price?

I'm pretty sure the seller hasn't do much about this card because 7950 is just 3 months old. But It's better to get 7870 because it's almost the same as the 7950, but more than $100 cheaper than 7950 (for new). I wonder why 7850 is $350? I think you should get the 7870.

420$ for a used 7950 is not bad contrary to what these 2 say especially since overclocked a 7950 will beat out a stock 7970.7870 close to a 7950?are you nutts theres no comparison.Id get the used 7950.That card should hit 1100 mhz no problem dont listen to the 2 posters above.if it was a reference card id say knowway but this card was made for overclocking.If you can hit 1100 mhz you should beable to hang with a gtx 680 and for $420 that would be a steal.If you wont overclock then the 7870 would be a better bet

ok now show me the overclocked difference way more then 4% guarentee you.sprry but for 100$ cheaper to be that close is something i just dont believe.
