No boot black screen

Hello,

I have a Asus M2N-MX SE that does not boot. All fans spin, HD also spinning, DVD player also lights up. But that is it. Black screen. Can not even get into BIOS. HD is good cause I tried it on another pc and it works.

AMD CPU, Spire Model PSP-47582 Power Supply What else do you need?

Sorry for got RAM is Kingston KVR 1Gig. This pc was given to me so all I was told it it does not work.
