Gainward vs. Zotac GTX 560 Ti 448 stock cooler

I'm currently pondering between these two GTX 560 Ti 448 cores cards (as they are the only ones that fit my budget), and wanted to know if anyone has first-hand experience of the stock coolers these two provide? The Zotac seems to have only one fan while the Gainward has two. Is this really a factor as I think the overall design of the cooler is more important? Which one has better cooling capacity? How about noise under load?

Will do some minor overclocking, so I really want to get the better one of the two.

Also, it seems the Zotac seems to have a 765MHz core clock, while the Gainward "only" has 732MHz.

What about Zotac then as a brand, I've owned a couple of Gainwards in my days, so maybe I would feel more comfortable with that brand. :??:

I have a zotac gtx260 that's still running fine, even after being used as a Folding@home machine for months on end. No problems at all.
