if not overclocking stay away from the cpu or just unlocked cpu's

You have that old school 1.65v RAM up there and you want 1.5v RAM for these 1155 boards.

gskill ripjaws are good ram for the price that patriot stuff is rubbish, also your psu is a bit overkill if your not overclocking or considering crossfire a quality 500 watt will do

the 500watt version of the antec you chose will be fine or seasonic, corsair
