Need to upgrade my PC. need advice

HI! I just bought a desktop 3weeks ago. and some how im not satisfied with the quality output of the screen. Im using a Samsung HDTV 27inch 1080p as my monitor. I want to upgrade my video card and i know i have to change my PSU. dont know that much about video cards and PSU.Im not a Gamer. but i just want good quality high resolution output. Need advice. Thank u in advance. heres the spec of my pc.

Gateway DX4860
Processor intel- i5 2320
Graphic onboard Intel HD 2000
PSU 300w

  1. Don't think you can go past a 560Ti for value and performance, if you have a 600W PSU you should be ok.
  2. I would return it if possible. Its cheaper to build it yourself and you'll void the warranty by swapping the PSU. and the HD2000 is worthless
  3. Non gamer.. something like a gt520 would be fine, and a Corsair cx430 powersupply
  4. Doesn't help as using a TV sucks as computer monitors.

    really? it cost me $550 plus tax. my power supply is just 300w
