Hey guys, this is my first time building a computer and dont know much about it. So if you guys dont mind please rate my build or give some suggestions. The parts listed have not been bought yet other then the computer case. I'll mostly be playing Diablo 3 and Starcraft 2. Games I'd like to start playing are Call of duty games, Crysis, WoW and other popular FPS games.

Anything over 8GB of memory is overkill for gaming, if you want to knock the price down some. A 750W PSU is also massive overkill a decent 450-500 Watt would be plenty as it sits now.

What is your monitor resolution? Thinking take some money saved from above and get a HD7850 if you can. The 560 is last Gen and not very good for 1080p, especially if you want to play crysis

Might as well get an Ivy Bridge CPU, since they are the same price as Sandy Bridges atm.

This would also mean you would need to get a z77 or h77 motherboard. If you don't plan to Overclock, SLI, or run multiple monitors you can save money going H77, otherwise Z77 is fine.

8 GB ram, like everyone said - Personally I like Kingston and Crucial for RAM brands, but I guess that's a personal thing.

I'd get a Haf 912 for the case, they just have more room for video cards compared to other budget cases, thanks to removable HD tray.
