First Build need recommendation

Greetings hardware community.

I'm looking at starting my first build, but before I go purchasing all the hardware I'd like to get a few recommendations/overviews of my parts list. Please note this computer will be used for light gaming (mostly Diablo 3), surfing the net, and movies here and there.

As for right now everything falls under my $600 budget including all rebates. I do however have a few future upgrades I would like.

Future options:
Intel i5 2500
Xfire 6850
Samsung 120GB SSD

I do understand that I probably should just go this route from the start, but breaking the budget just isn't in the books. Please let me know what you think and an other recommendations that would stay within the budget.

It pains me when i see a build that uses a Rosewill Challenger and not combo to cut psu price down immensely

Please by all means tell me what you would recommend. I don't mind having to go a little over budget as long as it isn't a substantial increase.

Edit: I think I see what you mean, but is the Rosewill PSU that comes in the combo a reputable one to use?

if your on budget, get a caviar blue 500gb instead of the RE4. I should also ask if you have a dvd drive as well

oh if your interested in xfiring, then

the 650w for 5$ more or the 750w for 10$ more will probably interest you.

Yes, i do already have a DVD drive, OS, monitor, keyboard, and other necessary parts.

Np, I usually just post when someone posts a build entirely on newegg without realizing that combo deals do exist, and can cut price down or move prices so you can get better stuff for the same price. =X

I guess it works(but I still think using a cheaper hdd with the same size would be more cost beneficial, 1tb drives usually go around 100$)

Here's some food for thought. Most people that plan on adding a second card in the future never do for the fact that by the time they think about it, there's a better card (new tech) on the market that catches their eye. So with that said these changes down below puts you into a better psu, cpu, and gpu.

This psu down below is manufactured by CWT for LEPA as that Corsair 500w you have up there is manufactured by CWT for Corsair. The only difference being that his psu down below has more watts and more amps and is Bronze rated for efficiency...that and it says LEPA instead of Corsair.

4GB of RAM is more than enough for a gaming build. The only reason you see so many people purchasing 8GB of RAM these days is because RAM is cheap atm. 4GB for n ow and if you ever feel the need to add more later on then you can add another set for a total of 8GB.
