How to replace a fan

i ihave a nvidia gt 220 graphics card and the fan keeps stoping so i got a new fan its an ati and said it works with the card so i put it on and it fits nice but no pic plz help

Sounds like you over heated your graphics card. if the fan is spinning, and if you didn't damaga anything during the install of the new fan.......And it now does not work. Sounds like you fried it. Sorry to have to give u the bad news....
