Will this cpu work with my mobo URGENT

hi

1) will a intel i3 dual core 2120 @ 3.3ghz be compatible with a asus p8z77-v mobo

2) will kingstons hyper x genesis ddr3 ram be compatible with this setup and if so 1666 or 1333 mhz?

3) lastly would this processor be more powerful then my intel i5 2415m @2.3ghz with turbo boost (found in mac mini)

i would appreciate any answers , need to order soon

First of all the motherboard page says what u can use for ram so 1600 ram, the i3 is a sandy bridge but works with the z77 board since its lga 1155 socket and z77 is the new motherboards that came out with ivy bridge so not outdated. And no the i5 mobile cpu will prob not be more powerful than a desktop i3
