Hello, I made an account here because I heard this place is for system builders and all. Anyhow, My PSU is starting to crap out on a low power system, I plan on upgrading my GPU from a 6570 to a 7770/50 and C2D to a C2Q/1155, so a 400W/500W PSU would be great, would appreciate the help.

Well here is the best price on a good PSU.
430W- http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139026
500W- http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139027
600W- http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139028

If you buy today go for the 600W if not then the 500W. If you are sure you don't want better than a 7850 then the 430W will be fine. Although if you ever want to upgrade above that you'll need the 500W. So I strongly recommend either the 5-600W PSU. Although the 430W will handle the 7770 easily.
