Case fan, attached to the computer case can be replaced. You need to find out size in millimeters (80mm, 120mm 140 mm etc).
CPU fan depends on the type of processor and motherboard. There are a number of aftermarket coolers available.
GPU, and PSU fans should not be messed with in general unless you really know what you're doing.
