OK

1) You're running a 910 chipset which means you've got a P4 box. According to the COD4 system requirements, this meets minimum requirements but not recommended requirements. You'll probably get some lag in certain areas.

2) Just buying a card for the VRAM is useless. You're going to want something at least in the realm of a Radeon HD 6770 for a decent gaming experience.

I downloaded before cod4 and ia was getting a major lag in the game :S
So if i buy a Radeon HD 6770 do i get a lot fps and can i play in maximum settings?

My question is: Is your computer a prebuild, or is it a name brand, like ASUS or Dell.

If its not name brand you can buy a new Dual core, (or quad core :) ) and your good to go

If name brand then = New Mobo, CPU and copy of windows + re-install.

Bottom line if you can't just simply change out CPU.... your best bet is to build a new little rig. Also if you can squeeze it. a 7750 is going to work out better for you than a 6770

i have seen the pc requiremets for COD4 and it supports only 256MB video card and shader version 3.0 , my pc pixel shader version is 2.0 and vertex shader version 0.0 so i need to upgrade me video card to 1GB because its better right? With shader version 3.0 or 4.0 So i can get 50-60 fps?

Video RAM isn't a major decision making factor for you. The 6770 is a 1 GB card as is the 6450, yet the 6770 will perform significantly better than the 6450.

The 6770 1GB video card does it support shader version 3.0?

Yes, anything recent will support that (and more).

EDIT: If you want a new machine on the cheap, you could build/buy an A8 Llano machine which should be more than enough for COD4.

True very true, but you gotta admit those highend pentium 4's with HT still pack a punch vs core2duo bottom end chips and atom processors lol. But when you think about it, it would be much cheaper to upgrade the whole setup than upgrade parts of it.
