Crossfire isn't software, but you do have to download crossfire drivers... This could be your problem but I doubt it.... Would you mind telling me what card your corssfiring the APU with?

You cant remove or install a laptop card.......
Therefore you cant xfire it......
You only have one video card in your laptop...

i dissabled 1 of 2 listed in hardware 8 months ago....so i had 2 at the time cus dual was already set up when i bought it ....i also remember seeing crossfire info at that time too....i wish WOT was working the day i bought it, but everytime i tryed to load games with 3d graphics.....i would get a bule screen full of numbers and letters then reboot....got pissed wanted to play my game so i dissabled 1 of 2 in hardware....bang been working great but limmited ability with no dual....omg i wish i didn't get rid of it cus now i have no idea to get it back again

all i know is my sticker on my computer says amd radeon HD 6740G2, 1GB VRAM
when it was new i had 2 cards with 512mb each showed up on hardware , with 2 differant numbers....
seems after i dissabled the card it dissapered now only see 1 512mb....

Well its in your computer on your motherboard. you cant really replace a laptop video card. So It could be faulty. Id RMA it if i could.
