If you want 12 GB of RAM, which is overkill, go 2x6. I recommend just 2x4 because you won't need more than 8 gb of RAM. As far as movies go, MSI and Asus are awesome. An Asus or MSI 68 or 77 series should do I.

12 is an odd number too especially for dual channel cpus. I'd recommend either 8 or if you really need it 16 (4x4).
As it turns out there is no lga 1155 mobo on the market that even has 6 ram slots...4 is the max

Asrock, asus, gigabyte all make good mobos, just make sure you get a z68 chipset and all the features you need/want.

Hi there, if u are editing video or do a 3D, get 16GB 4x4GB RAM

But if u are only i the gaming,

get 8GB RAM 2x4GB sticks.

To use more than 4GB, u need x64 bit windows, which u have : )

1) you can get a better GPU for the same or less. That gpu is overpriced imo. I'd gun for an HD 7850.
2) you dont need more than 4 gigs but 8 (2 x 4) is recommended.
3) I'd stick with an 2500k and z68 mobo
4) You could drop the SSD and the CPU cooler to max out your GPU. You can add them later and they will give less to your in game experiences than a better GPU.
