Hello,
Was getting ready to order these parts to build a photoshop workstation but looking at my choice in components have i ended up with something that is geared more towards gaming than graphic design??

CASE: Cooler Master HAF X

MOBO: Asus P8z68-V Pro

CPU: Intel Core i7-2600K

SSD: Samsung 830 Series 128GB

HDD: 2 x 1TB Seagate Barracuda

RAM: Corsair Vengeance 16GB (4x4GB) 1600mhz 9-9-9-24

PSU: Seasonic X-650

COOLER: Cooler Master Hyper 212

GPU: GeForce GTX 560 Ti

MONITOR: Dell Monitor U2312HM 23”

Any parts i should change or downgrade? Don't wanna waste money on overkill components just want a fast computer that will handle large files in photoshop. I will not be gaming on this.

Hello,

Gaming hardware can be used and is used for Photoshop - however it's all in the drivers.

448 core version:

All the parts you picked are great. I can't really reccomend anything else except for a slightly better GPU for better photoshop performance. The extra threads in the I7 should also help with Photoshop.

I've read the Dell LCD you chose - also has great color reproduction (although I have no first hand experience myself).

Edit: I edited my message for clarity, I noticed I was posting the wrong link!

Thank you ever so much, you've given me piece of mind so I can go ahead and order, I'll probably drop the GPU for now and set everything up then think about getting the GPU you mentioned. Thanks again!
