Hello,
How do i disable the feature that says Print cartridges are not compatiable on a HP Photosmart C309G Printer. The cartridges fit in the printer but do not have 4 copper contacts on the bottom. That may be the reason they won't work.

The 4 contacts are probably connected to something inside the cartridge. If I were you, I'd tear one apart to find out what's inside and try to simulate the circuitry on the cartridge you're trying to use. Also, if someone sold you the cartridge as compatible you should return it.
