Honestly you could do slightly better. Check out my $850 build here:

Utilize that HDD+MB combo you wanted and you'll be golden. Plus you'll be getting the 7850 which after overclock it's more than enough. Performing at the level of a GTX 580 w/ much less power/heat and noise. OC is easy for the newer 7xxx btw, all you need is the drivers you install and then just slide the bars.

For the hard drive, do think that the 500gb one is sufficient? I really didn't do much research on hard drives, but it told me that 1 TB is good enough.
