Gt 520 or gt 430 on 12v 14A psu

i'm using a 400 mercury psu with two 12V rail with 14A and 13A on each and 20A on +3.3V and 14A on 5V...total power given is 385W...also i'm using intel dg31pr board with c2d e7400@2.8ghz...4gb ram and 350 gb HDD with x16 1.0 slot of ddr2....can i put any of these cards on my board...

You have not listed the cards.

For graphics card you will need to go with any entry level graphics card otherwise your system will ran out of power.

are you sure...coz it says it require 22A on 12V rail...i have only 14...but have 2 12V rail....also its a ddr3 card....my slot is only ddr2.....plss help....

It is the combined amperage that counts, so they will work fine!
