Keep in mind it'll mainly function as a gaming rig, but I'm not really confident in overclocking it (hence the i7 3770). I also do a bit of photo/video editing and coding (in Visual Studio) if that paints a better picture. Thanks for your help! I can't thank you enough! =]

Solution
Here's a build suggestion with a much better GPU, at a lower budget. Have a look:

CPU & Optical Drive: $223- i5-2500K & Samsung (i5 is good for gaming, i7 does not give much of performance improvements over i5. it's K series so that you can overclock incase you decide to do in future, but not now)

Motherboard & HDD: $190- Asrock Z77 Extreme4 & Samsung Spinpoint 1TB(Great motherboard from Asrock has almost the same features as the Asus one, paired with 1TB HDD)

PSU & RAM: $95- Corsair CX500 & Corsair Vengeance 8GB (500 watt PSU is more than your needs unless you plan to add another GPU, also 8GB RAm is plenty, 16 GB is not needed)

SSD: $110- Crucial M4 128GB(Same)

Cooler: $30- CM Hyper 212...

Cooler: $30- CM Hyper 212 Plus(Optional, but needed in case you decide to overclock)

GPU: $400- EVGA GTX 670(Awesome GPU for it's price)
500 watt GPU will be sufficient to power this GPU. Have a look at the load power consumption of GTX670

Case: $70- Antec 300 Illusion Case(Or anything you like)

Though the Graphite is a great case but you need to get a cheaper case to accommodate it within your budget. There are some great cases in around the $70-100 range.

Total (Excluding Rebates): 1118 USD

Rebates: 30 USD

Can't help much on the keyboard also. It's your choice
