i currently have a problem with my computer, it started making a high fan noise a few months ago, at first i thought it was the psu but after opening it up realised it was the cpu fan so i took it out cleaned it and put it back to see if it helped and it didnt.
so my question is should i buy a new fan or is it maybe the cpu, currently running AMD phenom IIx4 965 and ati radeon hd 5670
