Need help on psu and gpu

hi im new to these things im puttin a radeon hd 6870 which asks f0r a 500w supply and im puttin 600w corsair and fx 8120 which tells something like 125w will this 600 watts enough for my system

You are fine but I would go higher perhaps 700-750W
The reason? Well it is simple the less load the PSU have the less heat and more efficient it is...so if your total system under load drains 500W and you have 650 W PSU
the load is 77% ...with 750W PSU the load would be only 66%
But anyway 650W is fine and will work perfectly 750W would work less though

honestly I dont see the need for a 650watt, let alone a 750 watt PSU for the OP's system.

I personally run a HD6950+i5-2500K with 2 HDDs on my 600watt Xigmatek PSU and I still can put 1 more 6950 into it,

Really? U can add another 6950 to that? I am looking to get a PSU for my new build and will have gtx 560 ti's in SLI. And 560 ti is just 170W apiece. Even then I require a 750W PSU.

i am asking for a 600w not a 650w

600w will do just fine. Do you need help finding a power supply. I picked out a couple you might like, more of a personal preference.

thanks dude but i already preferred on corsair gs600 but i dono abt it is it good or should i change it
