Hey guys!
I have a problem with my NVIDIA GeForce GTS 240.
After 5-15 minutes of idle or game play, the fan of my graphics card sounds like it is hitting something.
It sounds like there is something in the fan.
Is it possible it is hitting the heat sink?
After about 10 minutes when it sounds like the fan is hitting something, it stops, then my computer shuts off.
PLEASE HELP!

Open your system up and start running a game or a benchmark to get the GPU going and watch the fans and see if you can tell what is happening. Also try removing the card and manually checking to make sure nothing is in there and that nothing has come loose.

I checked, nothing was in it's way.
It was kinda loose though, but I tightened it as much as I can and it was still making the noise.
Here is a video that I made

The lighting in your video made it extremely hard to see anything lol. Regardless from the sound it sounds like maybe the bearings in the fan or something within the fan itself is busted. I think you should consider getting a new card. The GTS240 is getting long in the tooth at this point to say the least.
