So here is the scoop, i need to know which one of these setups would work. so if you can take a look at them and tell me which ones work, and if the both work that's fantastic. If they don't i would appreciate you offering me your expertise on how to optimize the build. I am trying to keep the build under $700

That RAM for the intel build has to go. Not only is it that old school 1.65v RAM, the H77 board only supports 1600Hz with an Ivy Bridge cpu. Also that psu is junk.
