New GPU

Well atm i'm using a amd 6850 its kinda new but the fan got messed up 2fast now i need a new card with a good fan and not to noisy. any recommendation? i also play bf3.
budget 150-250$

i'm using a 40" tv 1920 x 1080

The amd 6850 still works and all but the fan is just annoying is there a way to fix the fan?or go with a new card thnx
