Will this card be much of an upgrade?

Hey guys I currently have a evga 450gts supcer clocked edition. The rest of my specs are i3 2100, and 8gb dual channel ram. I will be getting an ivy bridge i5 once they hit and i wanted to upgrade my video card before i get the i5. Will that card be much of an upgrade over my current card? I mainly just play mmos like Swtor and i will be playing tera once its released and plan on playing gw2. If this card isnt much of an upgrade what card woudl yall suggest. Im tryin to spend no more than $200 the less the better.
