Building a PC. Help appreciated

I've asked a few times before but never ended up getting the PC but now I am getting it for certain. I am pretty sure all works but if somebody could check and answer a few questions before I buy it would be appreciated:

Case: CoolerMaster Storm Enforcer
Motherboard: asus p8z68-v/gen3
CPU: i5 2500k
GPU: Asus nVidia gtx 550 ti
RAM: corsair vengeance 8gb 1600mhz
PSU: Sony AD-5280S-0B DVD±RW 24x SATA Drive with Dust Protected Enclosure and Emergency Eject
CD Drive: Ocz modXstream pro 600w
OS: win7 home premium 64 bit OEM
HDD: 500gb western digital caviar green (will upgrade later. i know the rpm isnt fantastic)
Extras: crucial 64gb m4 ssd

Is there any adaptors or anything you recommend I buy? I also have a few questions that if you can answer it would be appreciated

Will the PSU be big enough to handle 2 gtx 550ti's in Sli and an i7 2600k?
Will I be able to get 16gb of the same RAM?
I have a tv with hdmi ports, will this work as a monitor?

PSU can handle it. but you mught be better with a single HD 7850 for your $250 in GPU

TV will work as a monitor but you'll be limited to the TV's resolution, probably better off getting a monitor before SLI...
