Ram speed?

hi, my ram is running at 533 mhz, i have 1 stick of 4gb ddr3 1333mhz, asrock n68-vs3 fx, phenom ii x4 850 unlocked l3 cache.

dows anyone have any ifo on this? i dont think this i right.

Your ram is running at 1066 MHz. CPUz measures dram speed which is half of the ddr speed. I looked up your CPU and it looks to only support 533 MHz dram. You will have to look in the OC section of your bios to change the memory speed.

my cpu supports 667, so if thatstrue it would be 2x667=1334

lol no worries, see i thought cpuz just says 1333mhz rather than 667 x2, but im still losing 200mhz of ram speed, althought it not a huge problem, i dunno if its got anything to do with only having 1x4 sticks as im not getting dual channel, any ideas? maybe should get anothe stick of 4gb= duial channel 8gb
