I am not sure what the problem is but I am having trouble getting my CoolerMaster Hyper 212+ to speed up. I downloaded Speed Fan and I noticed a peculiar issue with the CPU temp...it says -128C which has got to be a faulty sensor or something but even still, I tried linking the fan to one of my core temps and seeting it to 10% at 41C and still it won't ramp up. I'm at a loss but I am also pretty inexperienced so I am reaching out for some assistance. Thanks in advance

Thanks for the responses! I have tried both enabling and disabling CPU fan control and system fan control in the BIOS. If I enable them, the fan wont turn on at all. If i disable them, the fan runs but at a constant speed even when I adjust using Speed Fan. I have even tried using core temps to adjust fan speed in Speed Fan but still not ramping up...just constantly on.

I am running an i5 750 @ 3.81GHz
