Hey guys I'm building my first computer before i go to college and i want to get some feedback on how well these parts work together. I'm trying to get a good gaming computer that could run all the latest games on ultra be still be cheaper or as cheap as what i have now. You are free to post anything that you think would make the computer better or cheaper. Thank you in advance :)

look for a better psu ill give you the option if you ever want to sli/xfire 550 for base build, 600 with alot of peripherals, 700-750 for xfire/sli

pick a better gpu, depending on what you want. the 550ti is not that great.

get a samsung spinpoint f3 hdd atm, its 80$ for 1tb

unless you plan to sli/xfire, you wont need a full tower case

would be the first thing i have to say.

if you are going to overclock, you need a dedicated cpu cooler

Hyper 212+ and the Hyper 212+ evo are the common generic choice for price to performance.
