CPU Temprature Increase

Hi I was just playing Battlefield 3 as usual and I see my CPU temperature was 64c. I am using Coolermaster Hyper 212 EVO cooler the temperature was maximum 60 now even I quit the game the temperature was 52-55c. It is extremely increased in last days it was normal 40-50c while not playing the game. Any help would be appreciated.

Computer specs-
Core i3 530 @2.93 (NO OC)
Zotac GTX560 AMP! Edition (NO OC)
Intel DH555TC Motherboard
VIP 500W PSU (GENERIC)
8GB RAM
1TB Western Digital HDD

Well within normal specs, no need to do anything... except perhaps check your heatsink fins for dust build-up...

Only speedfan shows 53c RealTemp and CoreTemp shows 35-50c

check out for the paste ..it might got dried up .. have you recently removed your cooler ? probably you didn't fixed it well in place .. check it out .. hope that helps

64 nothing to worry you, but if you must...
Replace your paste. Choose Arctic Silver 5 and thoroughly clean both surfaces to as near mirror polish as possible.
Apply paste to the CPU, spreading it evenly over the whole surface. (I use a 12mm strip off an old credit card)
Take great care to mate the two surface evenly when replacing the heat sink
