Which should I get Motorola V551 or RAZR?

Depends on when the phones were made. Cingular's multi-band world phones
were sold unlocked until earliy 2005. Since that time, many of them have
been locked to Cingular.

Razr & V551 are virtually the identical phones. Razr's screen is a little
bigger and the external display shows pictures. For most people it's the
form factor that decides it. If you think it's worth the extra money for
the Razr go for it, I did and have been very happy with it.

The V3 RAZR lacks EGPRS(EDGE high-speed data), unlike the V551.

Going to second Scorp's advice. I too have both and prefer the v3's great
reception over my v551's.
