How many Watts will I need for this build?

The only reason I'm asking this question here is because no calculators have my complete hardware so here are my specs:

APU: AMD A10-5800k 3.8Ghz (4.2Ghz Max Turbo) Quad core processor

Motherboard: ASRock FM2A75 Pro4-M Micro ATX FM2 Motherboard

RAM: Corsair Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1866 Memory

Optical Drive: Lite-On iHAS124-04 DVD/CD Writer

HDD: Western Digital Raptor 74GB 10000RPM 32MB Cache 3.5"

Case: Antec SLK3700AMB

1 Pci-e usb 3.0

Should a 400W do okay? What would I need if I decide to overclock slightly?

If you into Ocing slightly, I would recommend a 550watt name brand like Corsair, OCZ or Antec ect. to be on the safe side. 400watt should be good for stock, but don't go out and get any PSU, Make sure there is enough amps on the 12v rail(s) and its known to be some what decent.

I was thinking about this Antec EarthWatts EA-500D Green 500 Watt 80 PLUS BRONZE Power Supply... or this Antec High Current Gamer HCG-400, 80 PLUS BRONZE, 400 Watt Power Supply . There is a 10 dollar price difference.

Could I overclock with that 500 Watt one?
