Rthdvcpl exe program cant start win 7

Hello,
I suddenly start getting error messages saying skytel.exe and RtHDVCpl.exe, opera.exe can't start, system error. DSOUND.dll missing. I have tried reloading realtek from my cd and it still doesn't solve the problem. What can I do? My operating system is Win 7 32 bit and my Laptop is MSI CR500

I would Windows system restore to prior date when it was working properly.

Note: The driver on the CD may be outdated. Also, in some situations, reinstalling drivers without first uninstalling the current driver can cause a problem.
