It will be fine

But you can make some better choices IMO . Only use AM3+ motherboards . That way you have an upgrade path

The rosewill challenger won an award for being cheap , not for being better . The old antec 300 is now cheaper , and is better and stronger build quality and it cools better

The CPU bottlenecks. I recommend an i5, or if you want AMD, stick with the Phenom you got.
