How to piggyback wireless routers

I have a user wishes to extend wireless wifi through the whole building but the top floor has not enough signal strenght can a place a extra wireless router and piggy back in order to boost the signal strenght

Yep. There are options from bridging to WDS. Support depends on the specific routers, and if it's not in the stock default firmware, it may be in custom firmware like DDWRT or Tomato, if it supports the hardware being used.
