Budget Gaming Rig

I'm trying to put together a viable gaming rig on a short budget. Here is the relevant info:

Approximate Purchase Date: next couple months

Budget Range: $550-700

System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming, Net Surfing, Streaming

Parts Not Required: Hard Drive (it's SATA and 500gb), DVD Burner (case = maybe), monitor.

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: no specific

Country: US

Parts Preferences: none specific

Overclocking: No

SLI or Crossfire: No

Monitor Resolution: 1024x768 right now, might upgrade later.

Additional Comments: Rig must be able to handle Crysis on medium settings. Would like to last 3-4 years with a bit of upgrading.
I like to game but I'm not a graphics nut, if that info helps.
