Solved / Open Thread - How to change, if wrong stated

I need to change my wrong answer to following Thread:

Solved] Wrong Bios settings block Nic Realtek

By mistake I choose best answer and now thread is marked as SOLVED.
Unfortunately my questions are still open.

How can I delete Solved and restore my thread. (Or shall I open a new Thread ? )

It may be marked Solved but not Closed. Which sub-Forum is it in? I doubt you'd get murdered for starting a new thread - our Mods are wonderful people - really they are!
