Need to expand class c network

Hello,
What is the easiest way to expand Win2K03 server to service another class C network and DHCP scope, but use the same gateway? I have 2 NICS in the server. Is this possible? Or is the best plan just to convert to class B and change all the static IPs?

you could try changing to 192.168.10.1 as gateway and use IP ranges 192.168.10.xxx and 192.168.11.xxx with subnet mask of 255.255.254.0

if that does not work, change everything over to Class A 10.0.0.1 Gateway subnet mask 255.0.0.0
