Hey guys,

During the last couple of days, I've noticed ads started to appear inside of people posts. Was this intended or necessary? It can be confusing at the very least. Take this, for example:

Quote:
Hey these are my PC specs, what should I upgrade?

Quote:
Your PC looks decent, though upgrading graphics card would give you a boost in performance!

See the link on words graphics card? One could easily assume he is being trolled because it seems as if respondent is recommending him to get a card for 5000 pounds, while actually, the ad is doing it instead. And I'm not making this example up: I saw it 15 mins ago in forums.

Do you know whether we can expect a fix on this?

These are Kontera ads, and they have been part of the experience here for a long, long time. They help us to pay for bandwidth costs and our reporting staff, and we wouldn't be able to run without our advertisements. You can tell Kontera ads from the others because of the double-underline - that's a quick visual cue. Hope this helps!
