Can som one give me good advice , I know that i need also a biger psu.
Technically, you can install any PCIe video card as long as your power supply meets the video cards's power requirements.
What is your budget and intended uses (gaming, application development, etc)?
Thx for responding so fast
My budget is around 200Euro all in so video card and new power supply.
I like to play some new games like Diablo 3 and Guildwars 2.
Now I have a GeForce 8500GT not realy a game card,and 300W power supply.
Processor is a Core 2 duo E7200(w) 2,53GHz that must b oke.
I whas thinking for a videocard a : Radeon HD 6850, price around 135 euro
And power supply: OCZ ModXstream Pro 500W or somting from Coolmaster, price around 55 euro
So my question is can I use this ?
Thas a power supply always fits and a videocard ?
If you have a good alternative Im open for it
Thx so far
The HD6850 and either PSU will be great. Both are okay brands. My preferred PSU brand is Seasonic (however they can be rather expensive). I also recommend Corsair PSUs. Still the combos you are considering are good choices.
